What is cruisePAL, and what role does it play in the cruise ecosystem?

cruisePAL is an integrated software platform that connects shore-side and shipboard operations into a single ecosystem. Rather than operating multiple disconnected systems, cruise operators can manage cruise reservations, guest services, revenue management, hotel operations, inventory, financials, CRM, mobile applications, and onboard services through one unified platform cruise software platform. Our objective is to provide a seamless flow of information between the office and every vessel, giving operators greater visibility, improving cruise operational efficiency, and helping them make faster, better-informed decisions throughout the guest journey.

cruisePAL has undergone significant transformation over the past few years. What has driven that evolution?

The transformation has been about much more than modernizing software. We have invested in strengthening our engineering organization, improving development processes, modernizing the underlying architecture, and establishing clear product ownership.

At the same time, we have focused heavily on quality, governance, and predictable delivery. These changes have enabled us to respond more quickly to customer needs while building a platform that is designed to scale well into the future.

What milestones have been achieved in customer migration and deployment?

Over the past several years we have successfully deployed next-generation (NG) cruisePAL modules across numerous cruise operators and more than fifty vessels worldwide using cruise operation software. Each migration represents far more than a software installation, it involves carefully transitioning business processes, operational data, interfaces, and onboard systems while maintaining business continuity and minimizing disruption to both shore-side operations and vessel activities.
