Sales and Projects is a complete workflow driven module covering all the features. From raising a sales enquiry and moving to sales proposals by carrying out technical evaluations and submitting the bid/s. Upon successful bidding, leads to generation of sales orders and handover of the project to Project team and subsequently handing over to Operations.

This module allows generating sales enquiry and sales proposals covering the details of the business unit, location, project name, client, entity, sub business segments, competitors details, enquiry details, technical evaluation and approval, and submitting bids. If successful, create the sales order for the project.

It is tightly integrated with Accounts and HR Modules through Project WBS concept, allowing to capture time sheets, expense claims for the projects, and view the relevant costs at various levels including in the financial statements.

Dashboards are made to allow for easy viewing and carrying out of the day-to-day operations related to approvals and processing.

Dashboards for Go and Get Probability available to identify the probability- (Go is the Probability that the Project will Materialize, Get is your Probability that you will win the Opportunity if it is a GO).

Special features like GO GET Probability with dashboard features are available that indicate the probability of the projects that can materialize, and win
The module is integrated with Accounts PAL through the Project WBS concept to meet the requirements of any industry, including the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry needs. i.e. covering the verticals like FPS (Floating Production System), MSS (Marine & Subsea Services), AMO (Asset Management Operation) projects, Wind Energy, and Renewables onshore and offshore
Sales Enquiries can be created and are workflow driven, allowing authorized users to approve, put on hold, and assign the Bid Managers to the approved enquiry
Sales Proposals can be created based on the approval of the Sales Enquiry where the concept of the tender evaluation and approval process is being introduced before submission of bids
Sales Order can be created from a successful Sales Proposal
Successful projects that won in the bidding can be handed over to the Projects Team
Completed Projects can then be handed over to Operations later
At every stage within the Enquiry, Proposals, and Order, users can add multiple activities with defined activities providing the necessary details that allow inclusion of any attachments
Customized reports for this module that display information on time sheets, expenses claims by project(s) and employees
